K.O Unites With Usimamane On “Pasopa”, Launching The Journey To 5th Studio Album

Following the release of his hit single “Too Much” with multi-award winning rapper & songwriter Nasty C is Rapper, Entrepreneur, and Songwriter, K.O as he unlocks the journey to his 5th studio album titled “I Think You Spoke Too Soon” with a brand new single titled “Pasopa” which features uprising artist, Usimamane. The album which is set to drop on the 18th of October features previously released singles such as “Let Me Cook” featuring Maglera Doe Boy as well as the official soundtrack to Netflix sequel “Losing Lerato 2” which is titled ‘On The Way’.

One thing to note from this collaboration, it was nothing miraculous. Before you have my head, let me elaborate. Usimamane explained while being interviewed by Slikour OnLife that he had always known that he would collaborate with K.O, he just didn’t know when. ‘Uphambene’ is just a taste of the magic that K.O and Usimamane are able to create together.

Although their sounds are distinct, the motion that they are able to curate in a single track is magnetic and palpable and no different in ‘Pasopa’. If I were to characterize K.O’s sound I would use the word ‘swag’ , ‘swaggy’ if you’re an avid listener. K.O has been reintroducing himself on the music scene, collaborating with various artists and now it’s time for an offering from him. ‘Pasopa’ has freshly dropped and is setting a high standard of what to expect for the rest of his upcoming album.

The single owns Afro Pop and blends K.O’s classically unique style with a surprise and exciting vocal performance from Usimamane. ‘Pasopa’ is vibrant, and oozes the spirit of summer. If you know anything about what the title means, some lyrics that stand out in the single, “I can make you fall in love baby Pasopa,” playfully warns the girl to be careful as she could fall in love. Telling through his social media channels including Twitter and Instagram we can expect visuals to come for the single quite soon. All roads lead to how sensational this project is going to be.

In being the leading single of the album, fans can expect a highly promising (and generous) track in preordering “I Think You Spoke Too Soon”.  K.O killed this launch single and I anticipate you know so too! Groove to ‘Pasopa’ all summer long on all streaming platforms.
