It has been over a year since the award winning artist, Nomfundo Moh released her debut album titled, ‘Amagama’. The album consists of hit singles such as ‘Phakade lami’, ‘Soft life’, ‘Kuhle’ and many more.

She has since been awarded for her artistic work as she received a total of 7 plaques last year from Universal for her singles, ‘Lilizela’, ‘Soft Life’, ‘Ngamkheta’ and ‘Phakade Lami’. This has lead to her rise in the industry as she further received her first ever award nominations. The SAMAs collaborated with TikTok to create award category for ‘Song of the year’ of which she didn’t win. But she went on to bagging herself  an award in the ‘Best Afro Pop Album’ award.

Through this album, Nomfundo Moh has been able to collaborate with many major artists in SA such as Sha Sha, Ami Faku and many more. She then went on to releasing the deluxe edition of the album with 5 additional singles. On the ‘Amagama’ deluxe edition she collaborated with the likes of Sjava and Shekhinah on ‘Sundays are for lovers’ as well as Kwesta on ‘Sibaningi’. This album went on to touch the hearts of many across the country as they continue to show her love.

The timeless project has not only opened up the right doors for Nomfundo Moh and her team but as well as allowed her to share her God given gift with the world as she narrates the stories of many in her music.

May she continue to touch the hearts of many and grow on to prospering into greener pastures but for now let us celebrate her immaculate work ‘Amagama’ by showing love and spreading kindness amongst each other.

I love what I do on a daily basis as I get to help out fellow African creatives spread out their work to the world. I am a diverse individual as I do not limit myself to one group or type of content. I am always open to receiving new work from other individuals as that is my way of maintaining the culture in quality form.
