Uncle Waffles has been actively travelling the world and touching many fans across the globe through her magical musical experience and outstanding aesthetic. We have witnessed the growth of her brand from driving the crowds of South Africa crazy with her dance moves behind the decks to gracing major international stages with her presence and talent.

This of course inspired her to release her own music which was when we experienced the release of her debut EP ‘Red Dragon‘ which featured many up and coming vocalists and producers namely, ”DJ Stresser’, ‘Yedda’, ‘Boi Bizza’, ‘Given Kau’ and ‘Tony Duardo’. This project gave us her hit single ‘Tanzania‘ which she gifted us with visuals to and has since rose to the top as she received brand deals from the likes of Jagermeister, Hyundai and KFC as well as a residency on BBC one Radio where she got a night slot to play Amapiano jams for many residents in the UK. This was a first of it’s own as the young internationational DJ continues to break boundaries and barriers that industry has set for many other local dis and artists.

She now returns with exciting news as she finally announced her 2nd project titled ‘Asylum’ which is set to drop on the 31st of March. Asylum will be released the day after ‘Red Dragon’s 1 year anniversary. She made the announcement on her social media pages with an eye catching art cover and track list.

You can check out the official announcement below:

I love what I do on a daily basis as I get to help out fellow African creatives spread out their work to the world. I am a diverse individual as I do not limit myself to one group or type of content. I am always open to receiving new work from other individuals as that is my way of maintaining the culture in quality form.
