Shelton Forbez makes a musical return with his first single of the year titled, ‘On Me’. The brand new single is more or less an infusion of RnB and Hip-Hop as he opens up the single with a well sung hook and then transitions over to singing over his first verse as the beat traps up. He further combines his sung out verses with a bit of raps.
Shelton sings on the non-believers as they only want to support him when things are looking out for him as they identify an opportunity to how they can benefit from him at that moment. What he further addresses is how he has his own back as when he had a difficult time and had to press the reset button, no one was around to hold him up. The song serves as a letter to himself where he notes that he always knew that he would rise back up all he needed was to work hard and stay believing as the journey to finding yourself is never easy.
This is an amazing single and you need to add to your library and playlists as it will not only motivate you to work harder but then to simply learn to believe in yourself and trust in the process as we all have the potential to become something great because it is part of our destinies of which will always differ so never compare your journey to the ones of others. You have to see the vision through even when the people around you fail to see it. It is highly strong in substance and you will without a doubt enjoy this masterpiece.
