Nasty C Deciphers Journey To Success In Brand New Single ‘No More’

Storytelling is very vital to any form of art as it is what you utilise as a bridge to connect with your audience whether it be through a visual context or lyrical context and Nasty C has constantly managed to maintain that bridge through quality lyricism in his art. This is reflected in his latest single ‘No More‘ as he breaks down his personal journey to success, from the things he had to endure in order to live life fully to where he is now and how he is challenged constantly to build by the day.

To many this may be a regular song that happens to be a hit but best believe it is a healing remedy to many as they resonate with the self doubt, self hate and comparison to the lives of others. The song further touches on quitting on your dreams due particular circumstances such as finance and friends doubting you but Nasty C is here to say that you can make it out of that rabbit hole, all you have to do is believe in yourself and what you are trying to do. It won’t always make sense to the masses but that is because the dream or rather vision was given to you and therefore has become for your eyes to see, ears to hear, mind to understand and mouth to breakdown and vocalise and for that one must truly be grateful.

This is what I would define a masterpiece as many individuals are suffering from similar thoughts or events and because of that an anthem like this is needed where one is able to be vulnerable and speak on their truth and I guess that is what will always allow Nasty C to stand out. He knows how to vocalise his reality through his art in a raw and authentic manner that is easy to digest as a consumer. You will enjoy this track as it will not only leave you inspired to chase after your dreams but to constantly find a grounding point between yourself and your truth and staying veracious no matter the circumstances. And most importantly be grateful of where you are as no situation is permanent or forever so work hard to work yourself out of that dark moment whether it be depression, anxiety or suicidal thoughts, there is always light at the end of the tunnel if you choose to believe but remain positive and stay praying.

If this is indeed the lead single to the forthcoming album, then I cannot wait as Nasty C made one heck of an introduction for the album. I am very much excited just as the fans may be as the visuals that accompanied the release complimented it in the most eye popping way possible.

I love what I do on a daily basis as I get to help out fellow African creatives spread out their work to the world. I am a diverse individual as I do not limit myself to one group or type of content. I am always open to receiving new work from other individuals as that is my way of maintaining the culture in quality form.
