This year’s Cotton Fest came out with all guns blazing as we witnessed the most amazing performances from the likes of Cassper Nyovest, Nasty C, Blxckie, A-Reece, Musa Keys, Elaine, Costa Titch, Black Coffee and much more. Cotton Fest presented us with three stages curated by the very best in the game such as Thulaniway who was running The Lot stage and Moet running The Bunker stage.

Each stage represented various sounds from hosting Amapiano artists on the Loft stage by Jagermeister to a mixture of Established and Upcoming Hip-Hop acts on the Bunker stage by Budweiser and of course the main stage ‘Cotton Stage’ of which was an infusion of all genres of music from RnB to Hip-Hop to House Music.

Through these various showcases, we had some moments that we will dearly hold to our hearts as they did not only move the crowd but also lead to an emotional experience all thanks to performances from the likes of Elaine and Anatii as they amplified the experience on the main stage.

We also got to witness other acts live such as KindlyNxsh, LucasRaps, Roiii, Buzzi Lee and Priddy Ugly on the bunker stage. The event lacked nothing in experience as they had numerous companies conducting pop ups for their products such as Oros keeping the people hydrated with the flavour filled juice as well as Stimorol with their Flow.Lab studio pop up in collaboration with SlikourOnLife as well as Klipdrift with the open bar and Puma with the clothing Tuckshop alongside Legends Barber with the open barbershop.

They made sure that the attendees had all the essentials needed for the night as the event only ended at 02:00 with an amazing closing set from the legendary Black Coffee.
Here is a reel that highlights this year’s Cotton Fest below:

I love what I do on a daily basis as I get to help out fellow African creatives spread out their work to the world. I am a diverse individual as I do not limit myself to one group or type of content. I am always open to receiving new work from other individuals as that is my way of maintaining the culture in quality form.
