I love what I do on a daily basis as I get to help out fellow African creatives spread out their work to the world. I am a diverse individual as I do not limit myself to one group or type of content. Following their 2023 collaborative project is Shaney Jay and Youngsta CPT as they reunite for the release of Shaney Jay’s debut single “YES?YA”. The single showcases the ‘West-Coast’ sound in Cape Town with a tone or rather theme of the summer through a more ‘gangster rap’ flow. “YES?YA” is extracted from a term used as a greeting on a daily basis in Cape Town which initially embraces an anthem of relatability to the fellow community of Cape Town.
