Just as we were still celebrating her milestones of 2023, she made an announcement last night on her socials about the release of her latest single ‘Girl Next Door‘ featuring the Nigerian Pop Star, Ayra Starr. Ayra Starr had initially landed in the country during the course of this week to celebrate Make Up brand Mabeline‘s birthday which she serves as a brand ambassador for the brand. The two then took the launch of the single to Johannesburg’s finest nightclub, Montana where they launched the song for the masses to hear.
The song is an easy to listen single as it boasts a bit of the Amapiano sound with Pop. The collaboration stood out as ‘Girl Next Door’ touches on ‘not letting love distract you’ as the man she is with worries her due to him looking over to the new girl that moved next door.
